COURSE

SAM 50 km:	START: Preddvor, september 13, 2008 at 8.00.
	FINISH: Jezersko.
	Time limit 8 h 30 min (Kofce 12.00, Spodnja Dolga njiva 13.30).
	Publication of results and conferring of prizes: Jezersko, 16.00.

SAM 35 km:	START: Tržič, september 13, 2008 at 8.00.
	CILJ: Jezersko.
	Time limit 7 h 30 min.
	Publication of results and conferring of prizes: Jezersko, 15.00.

SAM 10 km:	START: Jezersko, september 13, 2008 at 9.00.
	FINISH: Jezersko.
	No time limit for 10 km run.
	Publication of results and conferring of prizes: Jezersko, 11.30.

CATEGORIES

Measuring of intermediary times: Tržič (15,8 km), Kofce (24,4 km), Spodnja Dolga njiva (34,3 km).

Refreshments: every 3-5 km: Bašelj, Trstenik, vrh Seničnega klanca, Tržič, Zavrnik, Kal, Kofce, Šija, Pungat, nad Tegoško pri lesi, pomična, Sp.Dolga njiva, Zg.Dolga njiva, pomična, Pečovnik, Virnikova pl., Jezersko.

Marks: The course will be marked out with SAM tables and with tape.

TRANSIT

ENTRY APPLICATION

First aid stations: At the course there will be at least 5 persons able to offer you first aid, they will be in connection by means of wireless transmitters with the doctor at the finish of the course.

At the finish of the course showers will be available for all participants.

An accident-insurance will be made for all participants for the time while running.

The minimum age of the participants is 18 years (50 km and 35 km run). No age limit for 10km run!

The participants run on their own risk. All those over 35 years taking part in such a course for the first time are advised to have a medical check up. A medical check up is also recommended for all participants who suffered from any infections and infectious diseases which can very definitely reduce the stamina/physical performance and be a serious danger to health in general (e.g. heart damage) short time before a race (one month). We only advise the participation for well prepared participants.
